Holiday Inn is truly one of the nicer hotels around. The atmosphere and views were fantastic, and the friendly, service-oriented staff are definitely the hotel’s biggest asset. They don’t just handle bookings but also share helpful suggestions to make your stay more meaningful. I booked the hotel at the very last minute and checked in around 1:45 am. The receptionist who attended to me was very sweet and helpful. She even allowed a late checkout, though I checked out at 11:45 am to head back to Singapore early and avoid the traffic at the causeway. She also recommended great food options and interesting places nearby. Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

Stayed on the 17th floor — the room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for a good night’s rest. Overall, the hotel offers a pleasant experience with good facilities and cleanliness. The only downside is the traffic outside the hotel; getting to Taman Laksamana requires a big detour, which can be a little inconvenient. Still, a great place to stay if you're looking for comfort and peace. The buffet breakfast variety was limited, and the dim sum section only served different of pau.For a 5 star hotel, the buffet breakfast needs improvement.

Some little flies in the room. Not sure how they got in. Overall was ok though abit dated. Abit hard to press the flush button. Must use aĺl your strength. Great sunset view at the swimming pool/ poolside.

酒店服務還是不錯的，早餐可口，印度菜吃著也不錯。房間空間也不錯，定了海景房，視野很棒，可以看到馬六甲海峽上航行的船衹，周邊配套一般，沒有便利店，出門需要打車，不過馬六甲本身不大。對於時間緊張的遊客，住一晚即可。馬六甲吃娘惹餐推薦ChuPu，就在馬六甲河邊。古城雞粒飯也去了，沒報什麼希望，意外孩子喜歡，一切皆如願了。

Very near to Jonker Walk! Room is big and clean. Hot shower is consistent and available on demand. Water pressure is great! Bed is not too soft nor hard, to my liking. They provide soft and firm pillows. Aircond is cold. Staffs are polite, friendly and helpful. Only thing is hotel room is a bit dated, could use a little bit of upgrading. Overall, highly recommended!

房間很大，可以看到馬六甲海峽和海上清真寺，步行可以到雞場街，離旋轉塔很近，坐船遊覽馬六甲很棒。酒店附近有個大商場，吃飯和購物都很方便。
